Privacy at ReadyCalcs
ReadyCalcs lets you use its calculators without an account. Ordinary calculations run in your browser. This page explains what can leave your device and what happens when you choose to share a result.
Calculator values and share links
Typing into a calculator does not require an account or save your inputs to a ReadyCalcs database. The Share result feature places the entered values in the link itself. Anyone who has that link can read the values, and the URL may be stored in browser history, messages, bookmarks, and standard hosting logs when it is opened. Avoid putting sensitive personal, medical, or financial information in a link you plan to share.
When the link is opened, the browser uses its values to calculate again. The saved primary result in the URL is used only to warn if the current calculation differs. Do not assume a shared URL is secret.
Optional measurement
Google Analytics 4 is optional. Its script is not loaded until you actively accept analytics. If you accept, ReadyCalcs sends page-view events with the page URL stripped of query parameters and fragments, so calculator input values are not included. Pages opened with a query string, including shared calculations, are not tracked at all. We do not use advertising tracking on this site. Google may receive technical browser and request information and use cookies or similar identifiers to provide aggregate traffic reports.
Google processes analytics information under its own policies. You can change your analytics choice below at any time. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not affect calculator functions. A choice stored in your browser may be reset if you clear browser storage.
Hosting data and external links
ReadyCalcs is hosted as a static site on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes request information such as your IP address, the requested URL, and technical traffic data. The URL may contain calculator values from a shared result and may appear in hosting logs. Use Share only for values you are comfortable placing in a link. External reference links lead to other sites with their own privacy practices. A public contact channel for ReadyCalcs is not yet available; the Contact page will be updated when one is ready.
